Who we are

The Led Zeppelin Bus website (ledzeppelinbus.com) is developed and operated by Michael J. Arnett Jr., d/b/a ASA Digital Art, 2110 US Hwy 27 S, Clermont, FL 34714. ASA Digital Art is the seller of everything sold on this site and the developer of the site. Contact: asadigitalart000@gmail.com.

Not affiliated with Led Zeppelin. The Led Zeppelin Bus is an independent fan project. We are not the band, its members, its management, its record labels or its publishers, and they do not sponsor or endorse this site. The book is sold through Amazon, and Amazon's terms apply to that purchase.

Orders and digital delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged through PayPal. Digital products and ads have no sales tax: the price shown is the total. Physical items (such as bracelets, books and custom merch) are taxed only when shipped to a Florida address: 6% Florida sales tax plus the discretionary sales surtax of the county you ship to, as published by the Florida Department of Revenue. In Florida, tax also applies to the shipping charge on taxable items. Orders shipped outside Florida have no sales tax added by us; you may owe use tax to your own state. Digital products (images, logos, GIFs, sound clips, read-outs, video ads and custom orders) are delivered by email or a download link. Create products are delivered within 24 hours of payment; if we can't deliver an item, we refund it. Once a digital item is delivered: if it isn't what you ordered, or has a problem we caused, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it; if we can't fix a problem we caused, we refund you in full. For anything else you'd like changed on an item delivered as described, ask within 24 hours of delivery for one redo or store credit; we don't give cash refunds for change of mind (see our Refund policy). If we can't make an order (for example, because it breaks the rules below), we will cancel it and refund you.

Your uploads and requests

When you upload a logo, image, audio or text, or describe what you want, you promise that you own it or have permission to use it, and that our making the product for you won't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, publicity or privacy rights. You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is made against us because of something you supplied. You give us permission to use your uploads only to make and deliver your order.

Your license to delivered work

When your order is paid and delivered, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered work for your personal or business purposes, including on your website, social media and ads. You may not resell the delivered files on their own as stock or templates. Your own logos and material stay yours. We may show non-confidential examples of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Prohibited content

We will refuse or remove orders and ads that include: adult or sexual content; weapons; illegal drugs; hate, harassment or violence; gambling (unless legal where shown and limited to adults 21+); misleading or false claims; malware or deceptive links; fake engagement (bought, bot or guaranteed views, likes, comments or subscribers); or other people's trademarks, logos, band or celebrity names, likenesses or copyrighted work, unless you confirm it is your own business or you have written permission.

KDP book cover resize

This Create service resizes and formats artwork you upload to the Amazon KDP print cover size for the format, trim size, paper type and page count you enter (paperback, hardcover or both, for coloring books and other books). It does not design new art. You confirm you own or have the rights to the artwork. The size is calculated from KDP's published cover specifications; your page count, trim and paper must match your KDP book setup, and KDP may change its specifications. We deliver a print-ready PDF and PNG at 300 DPI; if your image has fewer pixels than the size needs, we tell you before you pay and the file will look softer than 300 DPI. Spine text, barcodes, ISBN and CMYK conversion are not included, and we make no promise that KDP will approve a book. Always check the file in KDP's Previewer. Your upload is kept in private storage only to make your order and deleted within 7 days; download links work for 7 days. Prices are in the Create catalog and have no sales tax.

YouTube channel promotion

This Create service is a promotion service: we set up and tune real ad campaigns in your own Google Ads account, audit your channel, and plan outreach to real communities and creators. We do not sell, buy, generate or guarantee views, likes, comments, watch time or subscribers, and we do not use bots, view or sub exchanges, hacked or incentivized traffic, or any method that breaks YouTube's fake engagement policy. Any numbers on this site are planning ranges, not promises, and results vary with your content, audience, budget and YouTube's systems. Ad spend is separate from our fee: you pay Google directly with your own payment method, you set the budget and can pause or stop it at any time, and we never receive, hold or advance ad money. You confirm you own the channel or manage it with the owner's permission, that your content follows YouTube's policies and these Terms, and that you will give us the Google Ads access we need (a manager invitation you can remove anytime); we will only act inside the limits you set. We may refuse or stop work on channels or content that break these rules or the prohibited content list, and we never ask for your Google or YouTube password. Setup is a target of 5 business days from payment and from receiving access, not a guarantee. Prices are in the Create catalog and have no sales tax; Google may add its own taxes or fees to your ad bill. We make no promise about YouTube monetization, channel standing or Google's decisions.

Advertising

Self-serve ads are paid through PayPal on the Advertise page at the listed price (no sales tax is added). Paid ads are reviewed before they go live and run for the plan period from approval. An ad that is rejected before it runs is refunded in full, including any design fee, to the original payment method. Product-link ads are drafted from the public page you provide, edited by you, and reviewed like any other ad. Impression and click counts are shown to you in your campaign dashboard and are approximate; they don't change your price. We may remove a live ad that breaks these rules. See the ad content rules.

Monthly ad subscriptions. If you choose the monthly option, PayPal bills you automatically every month until you cancel: month 1 at the listed price, month 2 at 50% off, and full price every month after that. Discount and promo codes (including WELCOME15) do not apply to ad subscriptions. You can cancel anytime in your PayPal account or by emailing us; your ad runs until the end of the month you have paid for, and past months are not refunded. If a payment fails, the ad stops showing until the subscription is back in good standing. If we reject your ad before it first runs, we cancel the subscription and refund every payment in full.

Membership ($7/month, auto-renewing)

Membership is $7.00 per month, billed through PayPal, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Membership includes The Led Zeppelin Bus Newsletter (every issue), live music search, the community pages and the subscriber-only Features. You do not need a membership to shop: the shop, cart, merch designer, Create and rewards are open to everyone. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account or by emailing asadigitalart000@gmail.com; access continues through the end of the period you paid for. Membership fees already charged are not refunded. The price is $7.00 per month for new members. Members who joined at $5.00 per month before the price changed are grandfathered: they keep $5.00 per month for as long as their subscription stays active (if you cancel and rejoin later, the current price applies). Members who joined at $6.00 per month are grandfathered the same way: they keep $6.00 per month for as long as their subscription stays active (if you cancel and rejoin later, the current price applies). We will not raise a grandfathered price without emailing you in advance, before any charge at a new price. A valid coupon code waives the monthly charge. Prices may change with advance notice.

Membership includes the newsletter, live music search and community. You never need a membership to shop. It costs $7.00 per month, billed monthly through PayPal, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. By clicking Subscribe you authorize these recurring charges. You can cancel anytime, as easily as you signed up: in your PayPal account (Settings, Payments, Automatic payments, Led Zeppelin Bus, Cancel) or by emailing asadigitalart000@gmail.com, and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the month already paid. No refunds: membership fees already charged are not refunded (see the membership section of our Refund policy). This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live or through PayPal. The price is $7.00 per month for new members. Members who joined at $5.00 per month before the price changed are grandfathered: they keep $5.00 per month for as long as their subscription stays active (if you cancel and rejoin later, the current price applies). Members who joined at $6.00 per month are grandfathered the same way: they keep $6.00 per month for as long as their subscription stays active (if you cancel and rejoin later, the current price applies). We will tell you by email before any price change that applies to you, and we will not charge a grandfathered member ($5.00 or $6.00) a new price without emailing them in advance. A valid coupon code may waive the fee; coupons have no cash value and we may end them at any time. A gifted (complimentary) membership is free, has no cash value, and lasts until we end it or stop publishing. We may end it at any time and will tell you by email. The newsletter is included with the $7/month membership. Shopping (the shop, cart, merch designer, Create and rewards) never requires a membership.

Yearly and multi-year option

Instead of paying monthly you may prepay 1 to 10 years at once. Each year is $77 (11 months at $7.00; the 12th month is free, so $77 instead of $84). Years 1 to 9 are $77 each; if you prepay 10 years you take 10% off the total ($770 less $77 = $693). Digital item: no sales tax. A prepaid purchase is a one-time payment through PayPal and does not renew automatically. Prepaid years are not refundable (the same no-refund rule as monthly membership fees, subject to any rights you have under the law where you live or through PayPal). Exception: if we stop publishing, we refund the unused months. If we stop publishing the newsletter or end the membership before your prepaid time runs out, we will refund the unused full months to your original payment method. Pause or cancel anytime. Cancelling stops any future renewal or new charge and you keep access through the end of the time you have paid for; no prorated refund of time already paid. Pausing (once, up to 1 month) extends the end of your paid period by the paused time. A second or longer pause, or cancelling, resets your loyalty free-month count; while paused you cannot use members-only features except your ad dashboard and your account and billing page. Members who joined at the earlier $5 or $6 price keep that price unless they choose to switch to the yearly option; the yearly option is optional and never required. Apart from that, refunds of prepaid years are at the owner's discretion in extreme cases; they are not self-serve.

Account sharing and suspension

A membership is for you personally. Please don't share your password, and don't copy, post or forward members-only content (including past issues of the newsletter) to people who aren't members. You may link people to the public membership page.

If we see signs that an account is being shared (for example, it is used on more devices than the plan allows), we will do it in this order: 1. Notice. We will contact you at your membership email about what we saw and what to do, such as changing your password or removing devices. 2. Chance to respond. You have 7 days to reply. A mistake, a new phone or a shared family computer is a normal reason, and we will listen. 3. Decision. If sharing continues or we hear nothing, we may suspend or end your membership eligibility, and we will tell you the reason. For serious or repeated abuse, such as posting members-only content publicly or selling access, we may suspend right away and tell you at the same time. A person makes this decision; it is never automatic.

What happens to your money. When we suspend or end your membership under this section, we cancel automatic renewal so you are not charged again for access you can't use. If we suspend you by mistake or you show that no sharing happened, we restore access and refund or credit any charge made while you were suspended. If we end your membership for sharing, we do not refund the month already paid unless the law requires it. You can always open a PayPal dispute. A suspension does not stop you from shopping: you never need a membership to shop. You can ask us to review any decision by emailing asadigitalart000@gmail.com; we will answer within 7 days. This clause does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

Member login

You can sign in to your membership with your email and a password you create (10 or more characters). You are responsible for keeping it private. We store only a scrambled hash of it and a random device ID for each browser you use, as described in our Privacy policy. If you forget your password, ask us for a one-time reset code.

Newsletter section suggestions

Members may suggest ideas for future sections of the newsletter. By sending a suggestion you agree that we may use it, change it or ignore it, in the newsletter or elsewhere, without payment or credit, unless we agree otherwise in writing before it is used. Don't send confidential information or work you don't own. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Custom merch

Custom merch (tees, mugs, totes, stickers, hoodies and other items printed with your uploaded image) is sold by ASA Digital Art and made to order for you by our print partner. Because each item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including wrong size or color chosen. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email photos of the item, the problem and the shipping label with your order number to asadigitalart000@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will replace or refund it (see our Refund policy). Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, plus shipping time; these are estimates, not guarantees. By uploading an image you warrant that you own it or have written permission to print it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASA Digital Art from any claims, losses and reasonable costs (including attorney fees) arising from an image you supplied. We may refuse or cancel (and refund) any order we believe breaks these rules.

Sales rep program

Sales reps are independent contractors approved by us. A rep earns 15% of eligible paid sales (ads, ad renewals, Create services, YouTube promotion and shop products), rising 1% for each $1,000 of sales in a calendar month up to 20%, plus $1 per paid newsletter membership signup and $1 per month while it stays paid. Sales commission is payable 30 days after the sale (newsletter bonuses have no wait and clear at the next Monday payout after the subscriber's payment), only on kept sales (refunded, charged-back or reversed product, Create and ad sales earn nothing; membership fees are not refunded, so the $1 monthly, $2 and $3 membership bonuses have no refund to reverse), and only after our approval of each weekly payout draft (payouts are reviewed every Monday, not automatic). Reps must disclose they earn a commission, may not make guarantees or misleading claims, and may not self-refer. Reps with at least $1,000 in net personal sales in a month may sponsor other reps (maximum 3 tiers). Sponsoring and signing up reps earns nothing; we pay a company-funded override of 5% (one level up) and 1% (two levels up) on the net Create and ad sales of a rep’s team, and upline bonuses of $2 and $3 on a newsletter signup when all three reps in the chain have at least $1,000 net personal sales that month. Overrides on product, Create and ad sales are reversed on refunds (membership fees are not refunded, so membership bonuses have no refund to reverse); overrides and upline bonuses are not paid on physical products, renewals, newsletter memberships, self-referrals, free members, or a rep's own purchases and memberships (including those of reps in the downline), and are paid only after our approval of each payout. To keep team overrides and upline bonuses, a rep with a team also needs, in each calendar month, at least $1,000 in net personal sales and at least 100 active subscribers they signed up personally. Gifted (complimentary) memberships from codes we issue count toward the 100, but no more than 20 of them; gifted memberships held by any sales rep and coupon memberships do not count, and gifted memberships never earn the $1, $2 or $3 bonuses. If we end a gifted membership, it stops counting toward the 100 at the start of the next calendar month, or right away if we end it for fraud or abuse. A W-9 is required before a rep’s first payout. Earnings depend on real sales and are not guaranteed. We may refuse a sale or end a rep at any time. The team features (sponsoring and overrides) are under legal review before we promote them and may change. See the rep page.

Rewards program

Led Zeppelin Bus Rewards is free and run by ASA Digital Art. You earn 1 point for each whole dollar of the item price you pay on product orders (bracelets, books, specimens, Create items and custom merch), after any discount and not counting shipping or tax. Points are tracked by the email address on your PayPal payment and count only after the payment is completed. Memberships, ad purchases, ad subscriptions and any other recurring or subscription payment never earn points, and reward codes can't be used on them. On every 5th qualifying order you get a single-use $10-off code for a product order, valid for 60 days. If you add your birthday (month and day only), you get a single-use 10%-off code for a product order each year on your birthday, valid for 30 days. Reward codes are tied to your email, are good for one order, can't be combined with another code (including WELCOME15) and don't cover shipping or tax. If an order is refunded or reversed, its points are removed and it no longer counts toward your next reward. Points and codes have no cash value, can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and aren't refunded if unused. Reward emails go only to people who confirmed a newsletter subscription; you can unsubscribe at any time. We may change or end the program with notice on this page; codes already issued stay valid until they expire. We may cancel points or codes gained through fraud or abuse. See the Rewards page.

Refunds and returns

In short: physical items: returns accepted within 15 days of delivery. Digital items (Create orders, downloads and files): anything we can't deliver is refunded in full; problems we caused are fixed or refunded (report within 14 days of delivery); change of mind on a file delivered as described gets a redo or store credit within 24 hours, not cash. Order credit never expires and has no fees. Orders placed before October 20, 2026 keep the terms in place when they were ordered. Custom merch, ads, YouTube promotion and memberships have their own rules. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law or through PayPal or your card issuer. See our Refund policy.

Blog comments and store credit

Anyone can read the blog. To comment or start a thread you need a free reader account (not a paid membership). Comments are reviewed by us before they appear. We approve or reject a comment only on these rules: no spam, no links, no abuse or harassment, no personal information about anyone, no illegal content, and stay on topic. We do not approve or reject based on whether a comment is positive or negative, and we do not ask for or pay for positive comments or reviews.

Store credit for comments. Each approved comment earns 10 store credits, whatever it says. 10 credits equal $1.00 of store purchasing power when earned and when spent (one credit is worth $0.10). Limits per account: 100 credits a day and 1,000 credits a month. Credits have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred, expire 12 months after they are earned, and are applied by us, by hand, to a shop order or a membership month. Credit for a comment is removed if the comment is later removed or the account breaks these rules. During the preview period credit is simulated and nothing is paid.

One account per person. Each person may have one account. Extra accounts, shared accounts, automated or paid-for comments, and posting only to earn credit may lead to rejected comments, removed credit and suspension. Use the Report button to flag a comment. Comments you post are covered by the user content license below. Ask us to delete your account or a comment at asadigitalart000@gmail.com.

Community posts (user content)

You keep ownership of what you post on the Community page. By posting, you give ASA Digital Art a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, resize and lightly edit it (for example to remove personal information) on this site, in the newsletter and on our social channels, until you ask us to remove it. You promise you have the right to post it, that photos are yours or used with permission, and that reviews are your honest opinion. Reviews are not verified purchases. We review posts before they appear and may decline or remove any post at any time. Our community guidelines apply, and the takedown process below applies to community posts too.

Copyright and trademark takedown (DMCA)

If you believe something on this site or something we made infringes your copyright or trademark, email our takedown contact at asadigitalart000@gmail.com with: your name and contact details; the work or mark you own; the exact page or file (URL); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable the material promptly and, where appropriate, notify the person who supplied it, who may send a counter-notice. We will end the accounts or orders of repeat infringers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

Missed-Call Answering Service (coming soon)

Coming soon. Not yet available for purchase. When it launches, the Answering Service gives your business a local phone number provided through our telephone carrier, Telnyx (our main provider). Calls ring your phone first; missed calls are answered by an automated assistant that tells callers it is automated, takes a message and sends it to you by email or text. Plans are billed monthly ($39.99 Basic, $79.99 Pro; subject to change at launch) and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid month. You are responsible for how you use the number and must follow call-recording, telemarketing and texting laws; we may suspend service for spam, robocalls or abuse. The greeting announces that calls may be recorded and transcribed, as Florida law requires. Service depends on the carrier and the internet and is not for emergencies: callers must dial 911 directly. Full plan terms will be posted here before launch.

Limits

The site and products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and the version in effect when you ordered applies to that order. Questions: asadigitalart000@gmail.com. See also our Privacy policy.

Members' Classifieds

Members may post classified ads. You are responsible for your ad and for any sale. We are not a party to any sale between members and do not guarantee any item, buyer or seller.

Member Marketplace

You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to list or buy.

Subscribed members may list items they own for sale to other members. You are responsible for your listing and for any sale. We are not a party to any sale and do not take, hold or send money, ship items, offer escrow, guarantee any item, buyer or seller, or resolve disputes. Payment and handover happen between members, outside this site, at their own risk.

Referral program

Members may share a personal referral link. If a friend who is new to the paid newsletter membership subscribes through it, you earn a $20 store credit. You earn credit, not cash, and we disclose this wherever the link is shown.

Anonymous author titles

When you submit an article you may choose to publish it anonymously under an author title instead of your name. We still need your real name and contact details for review, payment and tax records, and we keep them private. We may edit, reject or replace any author title, including one that could be mistaken for a real person, our staff or a brand, and we may decline an article if a suitable title is not chosen. Choosing anonymity does not change your warranties about the article or our right to contact you.

Store credit

Store credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred or refunded, and, for referral and comment credit, expires 12 months after it is issued. Contributor credit (credit you choose for an accepted article) is payment for your work: it has no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred, but it does not expire. If you ask us in writing after 12 months, we will pay any unused contributor credit to you in cash through PayPal. Contributor credit counts as income for tax purposes and toward the $600 W-9 threshold. To ask, email asadigitalart000@gmail.com. We apply credit for you, on request, to your $7/month membership payments or to product orders; it is not redeemable at shop checkout on its own yet. Your account shows referral, contributor and order credit separately. We may correct errors in the ledger.

Order credit (store credit we give instead of a redo for a digital order, or for any returned item) never expires and has no fees. It is worth its full dollar amount on any future product, Create order or membership payment; email asadigitalart000@gmail.com and we apply it for you by hand. It has no cash value except where the law requires, and it is not affected by the 12-month expiry that applies to referral and comment credit.

Contributor rewards

AI-assisted submissions are accepted if you tell us which AI tools you used, you reviewed and fact-checked the piece, and it doesn't copy anyone else's work. We label AI-assisted pieces. Rewards for AI-assisted pieces are at our discretion and are paid in store credit only.

Your article runs in the newsletter. We post it on our public blog only if you agree to that separately in writing. When you submit an article you choose, once for that submission, either cash or store credit worth double the cash amount. The amount is set by the site owner, may change for future submissions and is shown on the submission form once set. The choice is locked after you submit; only the site owner may correct it. If you choose decide later, we email you a one-time link after your article is published so you can choose cash or store credit; your pick is then locked. If you don’t choose, we will contact you by email and the owner will handle it with you by hand; there is no automatic default yet, and nothing is paid until a choice is made. You can ask us for a new link at any time. To receive cash we need your PayPal email and a completed W-9, which we will ask for by email. A payout is made only if the article is approved and published, and only when the owner approves it by hand: nothing is automatic and acceptance is never guaranteed. Cash is paid by the owner outside this site (for example through PayPal). Store credit follows the Store credit terms and is not redeemable at shop checkout until we say so. Payouts and credit may require you to give tax information under applicable law, and may be reported as the law requires; this is general information, not tax advice. All payouts are at the owner's discretion. Publication is not guaranteed and this is not a promise of income. We need a completed W-9 on file before we approve your first cash payout (we ask through a secure method). Store credit does not need a W-9 to be issued; if the total value paid or credited to you reaches $600 in a calendar year we will ask for one. We do not collect Social Security numbers through this site.

Recipe submissions

You can send a recipe idea with Submit a recipe idea. Send only a recipe that is your own or that you have the right to share. We may edit it for length and clarity. Approval is at our discretion. Store credit for approved recipes is coming soon; when it starts, the amount and monthly limit shown on the submit page apply.

R&D Team

The R&D Team is a members' tool for researching a topic or developing a product idea. Requests are handled with automated (AI) tools, with review by the site owner. You're not working with a staff of engineers or researchers. Reports can contain mistakes, so check the sources yourself; nothing we send is legal, patent, medical or financial advice. Your idea stays yours: sending it to us doesn't give us ownership of it, and we use what you send only to answer your request. Members get 1 free request a week (Monday to Sunday, Eastern time), up to 3 a day. An unlimited upgrade is coming soon and isn't for sale yet.

Loyalty free months

Paid monthly members may earn 1 free month for every 6 consecutive paid months, up to 2 free months in any rolling 12 months, and hold at most 2 at a time. A free month is a month of the $7/month membership that we do not charge; we apply it by hand, usually within a few days of reaching the milestone, and may ask you to keep your PayPal subscription active.
