Sell for the Bus: Sales Rep Program

How it works

• Ads come first. Selling monthly ad space is the main job. You also earn on Create services (logos, images, GIFs, sound clips, KDP covers), YouTube channel promotion and shop products.
• Your rate goes up with your sales. You start at 15%. Every $1,000 you sell in a calendar month (Eastern time) adds 1%, up to 20% at $5,000. The sale that crosses a level already earns the higher rate. The count starts again each month.
• Residual bonuses. When your ad customer keeps paying for their monthly ad space, you earn the same percentage on each renewal, and those payments count toward your monthly sales.
• Newsletter bonus. $1 for each paid $7/month membership that signs up through you, and $1 every month that member keeps paying. Each paid membership payment counts as $7 toward your sales. Free or coupon members earn nothing.
• Build a team (3 tiers max). Once you have at least $1,000 in net personal sales in a calendar month, you get a sponsor link to recruit reps. A team has at most 3 tiers: you, the reps you sponsor, and the reps they sponsor. Recruiting itself pays nothing, and there is no fee to join. You earn only when your team makes real customer sales:
  • Sales override, paid by us on top of your rep's commission (it never reduces their pay): 5% of a rep's net sales to the rep who sponsored them, and 1% to the rep one level above that. It applies to net Create service and ad sales (after discounts, tax and shipping). It does not apply to physical shop products, ad renewals, newsletter memberships, self-referrals, free members, or anything a rep (including any rep in your downline) buys or joins for themselves: a downline rep's own purchases and own membership never earn overrides or team bonuses for anyone above them. A refund reverses the override.
  • Newsletter signups: the rep who gets the signup earns $1 (plus $1 a month while the member keeps paying). When the rep, their sponsor and that sponsor's sponsor all have at least $1,000 net personal sales that month, the middle rep earns $2 and the top rep $3 more for that signup. If a customer prepays a yearly or multi-year plan, the signup bonuses ($1, and the $2 / $3 upline bonuses) are multiplied by the years bought and paid together at the next Monday payout; prepaid years are not refunded. Newsletter bonuses have no wait: they become payable at the next Monday payout after the member's payment, are not reversed because membership fees are not refunded, and the $1 stops when the subscription ends.
• Your link and code. When you are approved you get a personal code (like REP-ABC234) and a portal key. Any page link with ?ref=YOURCODE credits you for 30 days on that device, and customers can also type your code at checkout.
• Sell from your own phone, tablet or computer. The sales page puts the whole site in sell mode: ads, Create, YouTube promotion, membership and the shop all check out through our normal PayPal checkout, so every sale is tracked to you and nobody's card details touch us or you.
• Reviewed Mondays, after the refund window. Commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale. Each Monday we prepare a draft of what is payable. Nothing is paid automatically: Michael reviews and approves every payout by hand and pays it by PayPal to the PayPal email you gave us. If a sale is refunded or reversed, its commission is removed (or taken from your next payout if it was already paid).

Under legal review. The team feature (sponsoring reps and team overrides) is under legal review. We have not received an attorney's sign-off, and it may change or be paused before we promote it. Nothing here is a promise of pay.

No earnings promise. Commissions depend on real sales; many reps will earn little or nothing. Rep rewards do not stack with, and are separate from, customer rewards and promo codes. Customer discounts never apply to ads or subscriptions.

Rep rules

• Independent contractor, 18 or older, with a US PayPal account. Not an employee. You pay your own taxes. A completed W-9 is required before your first payout (Michael will tell you how to send it securely; never put it in the application form), and we report payments as the law requires. Earnings depend on real sales and are not guaranteed.
• Tell people you earn a commission every time you promote us (for example "I earn a commission if you buy"). Say it in the same place as the link.
• Be truthful. No guaranteed results, no made-up testimonials or reviews, no fake urgency or fake scarcity, no fake or purchased views, likes or subscribers, no claims we are affiliated with Led Zeppelin, and no use of the band's name, logo or art as your own.
• No spam. Email and text only to people who agreed to hear from you, and follow CAN-SPAM, TCPA and platform rules. Never collect card details yourself: all payments are made in PayPal checkout.
• You earn only on real, paid, kept sales. Buying through your own code, or a household member doing so, earns nothing. You do not earn for recruiting other reps or for any signup fee: team earnings come only from real, paid customer sales and paid newsletter memberships (see "Build a team"). No overrides or team bonuses on yourself, family or household, free or coupon members, accounts you control, or the own purchases and own membership of any rep in your downline, and no bonus for sales made by anyone not truly in your team. Team overrides on product, Create and ad sales are reversed on refunds; membership fees are not refunded, so membership bonuses ($1, $2, $3) have no refund to reverse. Everything is paid only after Michael approves each payout. Ads and orders must pass our normal content review; we can refuse any sale.
• Gifted memberships. To keep team overrides and upline bonuses you need, each calendar month, at least $1,000 in net personal sales and at least 100 active subscribers you signed up personally. Gifted (complimentary) memberships from codes we issue count toward the 100, but no more than 20 of them. Gifted memberships held by any sales rep (including you) and coupon memberships don't count, and gifted memberships never earn a $1, $2 or $3 bonus. If we end a gifted membership, it stops counting at the start of the next calendar month, or right away if we end it for fraud or abuse.
• Michael approves every rep and can pause or end any rep for breaking these rules. Commission on sales that were already paid and are not refunded stays yours. We may change the program with notice on this page.
