Privacy Policy

Last updated October 19, 2026 (consent version 2026-10-10-v1)

This site is run by Michael J. Arnett Jr., d/b/a ASA Digital Art, 2110 US Hwy 27 S, Clermont, FL 34714, the seller and developer of this site. This page explains what we collect (signups, orders, uploads, ads and analytics), why, how long we keep it, and how to get it changed or deleted. Contact: asadigitalart000@gmail.com.

What we collect

Why we collect it

Only to send what you asked for: The Led Zeppelin Bus Newsletter, and, only if you ticked that box, news about shows, products and services. It also lets us show that you gave permission.

Who sees it

We never sell or rent your information. It is stored with Netlify (our website host) and may be moved to our email newsletter service (such as MailerLite) to send the newsletter. Nobody else gets it.

Unsubscribe or delete your info

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and this page explains how. You can also email asadigitalart000@gmail.com at any time to unsubscribe, see what we have, correct it, or have it deleted.

Other things on this site

The site saves your cart, login and ZIP code in your own browser (localStorage) so the site works; that data stays on your device. Live music listings come from Ticketmaster and videos from YouTube, which have their own privacy policies. If you create an account, your sign-in is handled by our login provider; we never see or store your password in plain text and we never sell account data.

Ambiance DJ (Features)

Ambiance DJ plays public YouTube videos in a privacy-enhanced YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com). The YouTube player loads only after you press Play. Until then nothing is requested from YouTube. Once it loads, YouTube (Google) may receive your IP address and device details and may set cookies or show ads under its own privacy policy. We do not control those ads. We do not upload, host or download any audio, and we do not record what you play.

Calendar (Features)

The Calendar works out zodiac signs, Chinese animals and numerology numbers inside your browser. If you enter a name or birth date, it is not sent to us or to anyone else. It is saved in your browser (localStorage, key lz-cal-profile) only if you tick “Remember on this device”, and you can remove it with the Clear button or by clearing your browser data. The Calendar makes no requests to other websites and uses no cookies of its own. The couple compatibility form works the same way: the two birth dates you type stay in the open page only, are never saved or sent, and disappear when you close or reload it. It is for entertainment only.

Smart Kitchen (Features)

Smart Kitchen keeps your pantry, meal plan, shopping list, frequent items and any Organic / Non-GMO label notes you enter only in your browser (localStorage, key lz-kitchen-v1). None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and the tool makes no requests to other websites. If you use the camera to scan a barcode, the image is read on your device and is not uploaded. You can export your data as a file, import it again, or delete it with the Clear button or by clearing your browser data. Label badges show claims printed on the package (such as USDA Organic or Non-GMO Project Verified), based on what you enter; verify them on the package. Smart Kitchen is not dietary or medical advice.

Coin Identifier (Features)

The Coin Identifier at /members/tools/coins/ processes your coin photos only in your own browser. A photo you choose is read on your device to check sharpness, light and size, and is shown on the page using a temporary address that exists only in your browser. The photos are not uploaded, stored on our servers, saved in your browser storage, or shared with anyone, and they are gone when you leave the page, press Start over or press Remove my photos. What you type (coin type, year and mint mark) is also kept only on the page and is not saved or sent. The tool loads our own reference data file (/data/coins.json). Only if you press the Get today's price button, your browser asks the public price service Gold API (api.gold-api.com) for the current silver and copper price; that request carries your IP address and browser details as with any website, and nothing about your coin. The tool links to PCGS, NGC, the Professional Numismatists Guild and the American Numismatic Association, which have their own privacy policies. Automatic reading of photos by an outside service is switched off; if it is ever turned on this section will be updated first and you will be asked before any photo leaves your device. The tool is a rough guide, not an appraisal or an offer to buy.

Florida Coast Live Cams (Features)

The Florida Coast Live Cams show public live streams that their owners publish on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play. We do not show YouTube thumbnails before that. After you press play, the YouTube player (privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com, plus the YouTube player script from youtube.com) loads. YouTube (Google) may receive your IP address and device details and may set cookies or show ads under its own privacy policy. We do not control those ads. We do not record, copy or re-stream any video. The tool remembers only the camera you last picked, in your browser (localStorage, key lz-webcams-v1); it is not sent to us. Clear it by clearing your browser data. The cameras are wide views of public waterfronts and beaches.

Telemarketing Teleprompter (Features)

The Telemarketing Teleprompter saves the scripts, openings, closings, rebuttals, trigger words, fill-in details, display settings and training progress that you type to your member account so you can use them on any device. Only you can read them; other members cannot. We use them only to show them back to you and do not read, share or sell them. A copy is also kept in your browser (localStorage keys beginning lz-tp-) so the tool opens quickly; clear it with your browser data. Delete a script from inside the tool. The speech features (Training and Live call) use your browser's built-in speech recognition only after you press a button and allow the microphone. You can pick which microphone to test (a headset or your phone's built-in mic); that choice is saved only in your browser (localStorage key lz-tp-mic), and the Test meter reads loudness on your screen without recording. Browsers decide which mic speech recognition itself uses, so it may follow your device's default mic. We do not record, store or receive your audio or the words it hears; what the browser hears is held in memory on your screen and discarded. Some browsers (for example Chrome) send the audio to their own speech service to turn it into text under that company's privacy policy, so check your browser settings. Do not record or transcribe a call unless everyone on it has agreed; Florida and some other states require all parties to consent. You are responsible for following telemarketing laws (TCPA, the National and Florida Do-Not-Call lists, calling hours and caller ID rules). This is not legal advice.

Fasting Tracker (Features)

The Fasting Tracker keeps your running fast, your fasting log and any notes you type only in your browser (localStorage, key lz-fasting-v1). None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and the tool makes no requests to other websites and uses no cookies of its own. You can export your log as a CSV file, or delete it with the Clear button or by clearing your browser data. The Fasting Tracker is not medical advice.

Digital Museum (Features)

The Digital Museum shows public-domain and openly licensed images from our own server. It sends nothing about what you view. The only thing it saves in your browser is your music choice (the music mode, volume and mute, localStorage key lz-museum-music-v1). Music: the optional gallery music player streams audio only when you press Play, directly from Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org) or Incompetech (incompetech.com), so those sites can see your IP address and browser details as with any download. Each track shows its credit and license. TV mode may ask your device to keep the screen awake while it runs. Each image shows its source, credit and license.

Daily Log: meals, medications, journal, alarms and timers (Features)

The Daily Log at /members/tools/log/ keeps what you type (meals, medications and doses you enter as free text, taken marks, journal entries with optional mood and tags, alarms and timers) only in your browser (localStorage, keys lz-log-v1 and lz-log-alarms-v1). None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and the tool makes no requests to other websites and uses no cookies of its own. If the Fasting Tracker has data on the same device, the Daily Log can read it (key lz-fasting-v1) to show your fasts on the calendar; it never changes it. Your data is lost if you clear your browser data or use another browser or device, so use the export buttons (CSV, or text for the journal) to keep a copy, or the Clear button to delete it. The optional lock view only hides journal text on screen; it is not a password and does not encrypt anything. Alarms and timers ring only while the page is open, and notifications and sound are used only if you click to turn them on. The Daily Log is a log only and is not medical advice; it does not replace instructions from your pharmacist or doctor.

My Budget Calculator

The members-only budget calculator at /members/tools/budget/ works entirely in your browser. What you type (income, expenses, goal and calculator numbers) is saved only in your own browser storage (localStorage, key lz-budget-v1) so it is there when you come back. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Use the "Clear all my data" button on the page, or clear your browser data, to remove it. The page links to free government and regulator websites (Investor.gov, FINRA, CFPB, MyMoney.gov), which have their own privacy policies; we get nothing from those links. It is for education only and is not financial, tax or investment advice.

Welcome page requests (call and text)

On the welcome page (/welcome/) you can ask for a phone call or for a text series. If you do, we receive your name, phone number, the role you chose, your best time, and (for texts) a record of your permission, including the exact wording you agreed to and the date and time. A person reads the request. We use it only to answer you, we do not sell it, and nothing is called or texted automatically. Requests are collected through Netlify Forms. Texting is not turned on yet; if you ask for texts we keep your permission on file and will tell you before the first message. Text permission is never required to buy anything. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, or ask us at asadigitalart000@gmail.com to delete your request.

Analytics and cookies

We also use a small sign-in cookie and a random device ID for the members area. These are needed for login and account security, so they are set without asking, and they are not used for ads or analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they view and roughly where visits come from (for example, a search engine or a shared link). Google Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you click Decline or make no choice, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all, so nothing is sent to Google. We do not use advertising cookies or ad personalization. Google's use of this data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.

Your choice is saved in your browser (localStorage) so the notice does not keep coming back. To change it, or clear this site's data in your browser. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Some links on this site are affiliate links, such as the tools listed under "Recommended tools". If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The partner may set its own cookies when you click; their privacy policies apply.

Ticket links in the Live Music search may be Ticketmaster affiliate links. If you buy tickets through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When they are, the results say so above the list.

Custom merch orders

When you order from the merch designer, we collect your image, product choices, name, email, optional phone and shipping address. Your image and shipping details go to our print partner, Printify, and its print provider to make and ship your item; payment is handled by PayPal. We keep order records for tax and bookkeeping. We never sell them. Email asadigitalart000@gmail.com with questions or deletion requests.

Custom digital product requests

If you use the Create request form, we collect your name, email, the product you describe, any size/format and style notes or links you add, your delivery preference, your confirmation that you have the rights to what you ask for, and (only if you tick it) your marketing-email consent. Netlify, our form host, also records the time and your IP address. We use this only to reply about your request, arrange payment (current prices $10–$400 per item; $15 ad design fee), make the product and deliver it by email or a Google Drive download link. We never sell it. Email asadigitalart000@gmail.com to have a request deleted.

For KDP book cover resize orders we also collect the book details you enter (format, trim size, paper type, page count, a back-cover color) and the cover image you upload. These are used only to make your file, are stored privately, and are deleted within 7 days of upload (sooner once the order is delivered or refunded). We never sell them.

For YouTube channel promotion orders we also collect what you enter on the form: your channel link, optional video link, goal, planned budget range, target audience and notes. These are kept with your order record so we can do the work and answer questions, and are used for nothing else. We never ask for your Google or YouTube password and never see your card; ad spend is paid to Google. If you invite us to your Google Ads account, you can remove our access anytime. We never sell this information.

Files you upload (custom orders)

When you upload a logo, image or audio file for a custom order, the file is first kept in your own browser (on your device) so you can preview it; you can remove it any time with the remove-files button. It is only sent to our server when you submit your order for processing. On the server it is checked (file type, size, length), stripped of hidden metadata such as photo location, and kept in a temporary holding area only while your order is being made. It is deleted when your order is delivered, or after 7 days at most. We keep the finished product you ordered and the order record, not your raw upload.

Membership

If you become a member we keep your email, how you joined (coupon or PayPal subscription), your PayPal subscription ID and its status (active, cancelled, suspended or expired) so we can give and remove access. We do not see or store your card or bank details; PayPal handles billing. A small signed cookie (lz_member) keeps you logged in as a member; it holds your email and membership type and is required for the members area to work. Coupon attempts are counted per hashed IP address for 15 minutes to stop guessing. We keep membership records while you are a member and for up to 2 years after it ends for billing and tax records, then delete them. If you join with a gifted (complimentary) membership code, we also record which sales rep signed you up (if any), and we keep a log of when a gifted membership is ended or restored, by whom and why. The rep record is kept with your membership record (up to 2 years after your membership ends), and each log entry is deleted 2 years after it is made.

Member login and device ID

If you become a member, you can sign in with your email and a password. We never see or store your password in plain text. It is turned into a scrambled code (a one-way "hash", made with scrypt and a random salt) before it is saved, so even we can't read it.

To help keep one membership from being shared among many people, we also give each browser you sign in from a random device ID. It is just a random string of letters and numbers that we create. It is not your MAC address, phone number, advertising ID, location or anything about your hardware (websites can't read those). We do not read your contacts, files or other apps. The ID is saved in your browser (local storage). On our side we keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it on your account record, with the dates you first and last signed in from that browser and the kind of browser and system it is (for example "Chrome on Windows"). We do not store your IP address with it. We count how many different devices an account uses, and the owner can see that count.

Why: to log you in, keep the members area working, protect your account from misuse, and spot account sharing. If an account is used on more devices than the plan allows, we may contact you (see "Account sharing" in the Terms). A flag is only a prompt for a person to look; nothing is suspended automatically. We do not use device IDs for advertising, we do not build a profile of you, and we never sell them.

How long we keep it: we delete a device record when that browser has not signed in for 90 days, and at most 25 devices are kept per account. We keep no separate sign-in log; short-lived counters that block password guessing (your email and a scrambled IP address) are deleted within a day or two. Your account record (email, how you joined, password hash, any suspension record) is kept while you are a member and for up to 2 years after, like other membership records; ask us sooner and we will delete it.

How to clear it: choose "Remove this device" on your account page, or clear this site's data in your browser (a new random ID is made at your next sign-in, and it may count as a new device until the old one is removed). You can also email asadigitalart000@gmail.com and we will delete the device records on your account.

Security: passwords are hashed, sign-in uses HTTPS, and access to member records is limited to ASA Digital Art and our hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, so use a password you don't use elsewhere, and tell us right away if you think your account was used by someone else. We cannot email you a forgotten password; we give you a one-time reset code instead.

Newsletter section ideas

If you use "Suggest a newsletter section" (members only), we store your suggestion, the optional name and contribution note you type, your membership email and when you agreed to the notice. Only our admin sees them. We use your name and email only to reply and, if you ask, to credit you, and we never sell them. We delete a suggestion or your details on request at asadigitalart000@gmail.com.

Payments (PayPal)

Checkout is handled by PayPal. PayPal receives your name, email, shipping address (for physical items) and payment details under PayPal's Privacy Statement. We never see or store your card number. We keep an order record (order number, items, amounts, your name, email and shipping address) for our accounting, taxes and customer service.

Advertiser submissions

If you buy or inquire about an ad, we collect your business name, email, the link your ad points to, the ad image and any notes, and the payment record from our payment provider. Ad images may be checked by an automated moderation service before review. We use this only to review, run and bill your ad.

When you ask to sign in, we email a sign-in link to that address. The link is single-use and expires after 15 minutes. We store only a scrambled (hashed) copy of the link's code, never the code itself, and delete it the first time it is used. To stop abuse we keep short-lived request counters (per email and per network address) for 15 minutes, and a record of sign-in requests (time and a hashed email, no link) for 30 days, then delete them. Sign-in emails are transactional: they contain only the sign-in link. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps technical function logs for 24 hours to 7 days depending on plan; our code does not write email addresses to them. When we send email (sign-in links, newsletter issues you ask for), our email delivery provider (Resend) keeps a copy of the message, including your email address, for 30 days, and its backups for up to 7 more days, so a sent email can be held by Resend for up to about 37 days before it is deleted.

How long we keep things

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email asadigitalart000@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Ad links, clicks and dashboards

If you use Promote a product link, our server fetches the one public page you paste (title, description, share picture) to draft your ad; the page's content isn't kept beyond the ad text and picture you approve. When an ad on this site is shown or clicked we add one to that ad's daily impression and click counts. We don't store IP addresses or browser details for this; for approximate unique-click counts we keep a short one-way hash that includes the day, so it can't follow you across days or sites. Advertisers see only counts for their own campaigns through a private dashboard link. Counts are not used to bill advertisers.

Article submissions

If you submit an article at Submit an article, we store your name, email, PayPal email, the article, any anonymous author title you choose and when you agreed to the permission and 1099 statements. Only our admin and moderators see them. If you choose to publish anonymously, only the author title you pick is ever shown publicly, never your name or email. We use your email to contact you about the article and your PayPal email only to pay you if it is published; we keep them while we review it and, if you are paid, for up to 7 years for tax records. We keep a hashed version of your IP address for up to two hours to limit spam. Data is stored with Netlify. Ask us to delete a submission that was not published by emailing the address below.

Blog accounts and comments

If you create a free reader account to comment on the blog, we store your email, a display name you choose (shown publicly with your comments), a salted hash of your password (never the password), a one-way hash of a random ID made in your browser (used only to enforce one account per person), your comments, any reports you file, and how much comment store credit you earned. We use a hashed form of your IP address for rate limits. Your email is never shown publicly. Comments are held for our review and only approved comments are public. We use a sign-in cookie for this account (needed for login, not for ads). We do not sell this data. Ask us to delete your account and comments at asadigitalart000@gmail.com. Credit rules are in the Terms. The blog newsletter box uses the same double opt-in signup and consent record as the Newsletter page.

Community posts

If you post on the Community page, we store your name, email, post text, rating, any photo and an optional private location note. Your name, text, rating, sighting date and photo are shown publicly; the location note and your email are never shown (only our moderator sees them) once approved; your email is only used to contact you about your post. Photos have location and camera data (EXIF/GPS) removed, and street addresses or coordinates in posts are removed. We keep a hashed version of your IP address for up to two hours to limit spam. Posts are stored with Netlify. Ask us any time to delete your post: email the address below.

Answering Service callers and subscribers (coming soon)

Coming soon. Not yet live. When the Answering Service launches, calls and texts run through our telephone carrier, Telnyx (main provider), under its privacy policy. For callers, we process the calling number, the time of the call, and the message you leave (the recording and its transcript), only to deliver your message to the business you called. Callers are told at the start that the call may be recorded and transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically after 7 days; the message already delivered to the business stays with that business. For subscribers, we keep your name, email, business number and billing records. We never sell call data or use it for advertising. Texts are sent only with consent; reply STOP to opt out. Questions or deletion requests: asadigitalart000@gmail.com.

Sales reps and referral links

If you open a link with a rep code (?ref=REP-...), we keep only that code on your device (30 days) so the rep who helped you can be credited. If you buy, subscribe or place an ad, we record which rep it came from and the amount. Rep applicants give us a name, email and PayPal email, kept while they are a rep and for up to 7 years for tax records. We never sell this information.

Rewards program

If you buy products, we keep a rewards record under your PayPal email: your points, which orders earned them, any reward codes issued and, if you add it, your birthday (month and day only). We use it only to run the Rewards program. If you are a confirmed newsletter subscriber, we copy your points, order count, reward code and birthday to our email service (MailerLite) so it can email your rewards. Email us to see or delete your rewards record.

Not affiliated with Led Zeppelin. The Led Zeppelin Bus is an independent fan project.

Members' Classifieds

When you post a classified we keep your photo (with location data removed), your note, the listing we write, and a one-way code that links the ad to your membership. Your email is never shown to other members. Buyers contact you through an on-site message form; messages are kept for up to 60 days. Expired ads are deleted after a retention period and you can ask us to delete an ad sooner at asadigitalart000@gmail.com. Only our admin team can see ads under review.

Trip Planner (Features)

The Trip Planner keeps the trips, stops, places, notes, packing list and costs you type only in your browser (localStorage, key lz-trip-v1). None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and the tool makes no requests to other websites. The map buttons are ordinary links: only if you tap one, the place you typed for that stop is sent to that map site (Google Maps, Apple Maps or OpenStreetMap) in a new tab, under that company's own privacy policy. Delete your trips with the Clear all my trips button or by clearing your browser data. On a shared or public computer, clear your trips when you're done.

Site chat

The help bubble on this site is an automated assistant, not a person. It answers from this site's own pages and can't give legal, medical or financial advice. Chats are saved and reviewed.

What we collect. The messages you type, the assistant's replies, which tab you used, which buttons and tours you click, the time, and a random session ID for that browser tab. If you use the contact form in the chat, we also get the name and email you enter so we can reply. Don't share card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or health details. To limit abuse, we keep a one-way scrambled code (a hash) of your network address for about an hour, not the address itself.

Automatic moderation. Every message is checked automatically for abusive language, links, contact details, spam and sensitive numbers. Messages with hateful language or sensitive numbers are blocked and their text isn't kept; other flagged messages are held for review by the site owner.

Who handles it. Chat messages go into a correspondence queue reviewed by our correspondence assistant (Site Mail) and the site owner. We don't sell chat messages or use them for advertising. Prices shown are current list prices; final terms are in the order.

How long we keep it. Chat messages, contact-form details and moderation records are deleted 12 months after they arrive by a scheduled job, unless we need them longer to handle a complaint or legal request. You can ask us to delete them sooner (see Contact).

Children. The chat is for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 sent us personal information, we delete it.

Member Marketplace

When you list an item we keep the title, description, category, condition, general area and price you enter, and a one-way code that links the listing to your membership. Your email is never shown to other members. Buyers contact you through an on-site form. Messages are kept while the listing and your account are active, and we delete them sooner if you ask us (see Contact below). We plan to add automatic deletion later. We send no email about listings or messages. You can withdraw a listing, which deletes it and its messages, at any time.

Approved listings and store pages can be seen by anyone, including visitors who aren't members. They show the listing details and a “Member XXXX” label, never your name or email. Moderation and admin records for listings are kept for 12 months, then deleted.

Dropship finder (Features)

The Dropship finder keeps the product idea you type and the checklist boxes you tick only in your browser (localStorage, key lz-dropship-v1). None of it is sent to us or to anyone else. The tool loads our own data file and makes no requests to other websites; the supplier directory links are ordinary links that open only if you click them, and those sites have their own privacy policies. Delete your data with the Clear button or by clearing your browser data.

Vehicle coverage requests

What we collect. If you use the form at /vehicle-coverage/, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), street address, city, state and ZIP, and your vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage, running condition, powertrain and anything unusual you add). We also record the date and time you sent it. If you tick the optional call/text box or the email-offers box, we keep a record of that choice: the exact wording you saw, the date and time, and the page address.

Why. To respond to your request for information about vehicle coverage options. If you ticked the call/text box we may call or text you at the number you gave about that request. If you did not, we will not call or text you; we may reply by email if you gave one. We do not use it to market anything else, and we are not an insurer. Requests that do not fit our basic vehicle rules (for example very high mileage or an unsupported state) are not stored: we keep only an anonymous count, and no contact details.

Who sees it. ASA Digital Art, and any person it gives view-only access to for this purpose (the leads are kept in a private spreadsheet). We do not sell it. We will not pass your request to an insurer, warranty company or other seller without telling you first and asking for your separate permission. Our hosting and email providers handle it only to run the site.

How long we keep it. Up to 12 months from the date you send it, then we delete it, or sooner if you ask. Consent records are kept as long as the request, so we can show what you agreed to.

Opt out and your choices. Reply STOP to any text. Tell us to stop calling at any time. Email asadigitalart000@gmail.com to withdraw consent, ask what we have, or have your request deleted. Withdrawing does not affect anything you agreed to earlier. We keep a do-not-contact note so we do not contact you again, and we check numbers against the national and Florida Do Not Call lists before any calls. You do not have to give consent to get information from this form.

Referrals and rewards

To run referrals we keep your referral code, the email of a friend who subscribes through it (shown to you only partly hidden), a one-way code for the device used, the status and dates of each referral, and a ledger of your store credit. For article submissions we also keep your cash-or-store-credit choice, the calculated value, its status and payout dates, and any tax information the law requires us to collect. We do not sell this data. Admins review it to prevent abuse.

Loyalty free months

To run loyalty free months we keep a list of the dates and PayPal payment IDs of your cleared monthly membership payments, a ledger of free months earned and applied, and your email. We do not store card details. We do not sell this data.
