Refund Policy

Sold by ASA Digital Art. To ask for a refund, email asadigitalart000@gmail.com with your order number.
Effective October 20, 2026. This policy applies to orders placed on or after that date. Orders placed before it keep the policy in place when you ordered: physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and digital items that weren't delivered or weren't as described could be reported within 14 days for a fix or a full refund (KDP covers: within 14 days of delivery, with a redo or refund if KDP rejected the file because of our sizing or formatting).
Newsletter membership
Membership fees already charged are not refunded. You can cancel anytime: cancelling stops all future billing, and your access continues through the end of the period you paid for. Cancel in your PayPal account (Settings, Payments, Automatic payments, Led Zeppelin Bus, Cancel) or email asadigitalart000@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you. The price is $7.00 per month for new members; members who joined at $5.00 per month before the change are grandfathered and keep $5.00 while their subscription stays active; members who joined at $6.00 per month are grandfathered the same way and keep $6.00. We will email you in advance before any change to a grandfathered price. This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live or through PayPal, and we will correct a billing mistake that is ours. Yearly and multi-year plans ($77 a year; 10 years $693) are not refundable, except that if we stop publishing, we refund the unused months. If we stop publishing the newsletter or end the membership before your prepaid time runs out, we will refund the unused full months to your original payment method. You can still pause or cancel anytime: cancelling stops renewal and you keep access through the time you paid for. See the Terms.
Digital products and custom orders
Not delivered: if we can't deliver your digital product or Create order, we refund you in full through PayPal. Create orders are due within 24 hours of payment; if one still hasn't been delivered 36 hours after payment, we refund it in full. Not receiving an item is different from not being happy with it, so this cash refund is separate from the rules below.
Delivered: if a delivered digital item isn't what you ordered, or has a problem we caused (wrong size or format, a file that won't open, a missing file), tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it. If we can't fix it, we refund you in full. For anything else you'd like changed on an item delivered as described, ask within 24 hours of delivery and we will redo it once or give you store credit, your choice. Because digital files can't be returned, we don't give cash refunds for change of mind once an item has been delivered as described. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law or through PayPal or your card issuer.
Ads
If your paid ad is rejected before it runs, we refund you in full (including any design fee) through PayPal, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Once an ad has started running, we don't refund the time already shown; if we remove an ad for breaking the rules, no refund is due for the remaining time.
Custom merch
Custom merch from ASA Digital Art is made to order with your image, so we can't take returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (including choosing the wrong size or color). If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email asadigitalart000@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the shipping label. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days plus shipping; these times are estimates. Problems caused by a low-resolution or incorrect image you uploaded aren't misprints. See the Terms for the image-rights warranty.
KDP book cover resize
We refund a KDP cover file in full if it isn't delivered. If it doesn't match the size we calculated from the details you entered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will redo it free. If KDP rejects the file because of our sizing or formatting, forward us KDP's rejection email within 14 days of receiving it and we will redo it free; if KDP rejects our redo for the same reason, we refund you in full. If the details you entered (page count, trim size, paper type, format) were wrong, or you change them later, a new file is a new order, but we will do one correction for half price if you ask within 7 days of delivery. We can't refund because a low-resolution image looks soft when we warned you, because the artwork itself is the problem, or because you changed your mind after delivery. If we can't make your file (for example the image is unusable or the format can't be made), we refund you in full.
YouTube channel promotion
Our fee is for the work (setup, audit, tuning, reports), not for a result, so we don't refund because views, watch time, likes or subscribers fell short of a hope or a planning range; we never promise numbers. We refund our fee in full if we can't start (for example, we can't get the access we need within 14 days of payment and you'd rather cancel, or we decline the channel) and if we haven't begun work. If we have begun, we refund the part of the work not yet done, and you keep what we delivered. If we don't deliver what the package lists, tell us within 14 days of the end of your package and we'll finish it or refund the missing part. Money you paid to Google for ads is between you and Google; we can't refund it and never held it. Please tell us before you raise your budget. Orders that ask for purchased or guaranteed engagement, or for a channel you don't own, are cancelled and our fee refunded in full.
Physical items
Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery. You can return unworn, unused physical items (such as bracelets or posters, but not custom merch) within 15 days of the day you receive them for a refund of the item price. Items that arrive damaged or wrong are replaced or refunded, including shipping.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Please email us first so we can fix things quickly. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law or through PayPal or your card issuer.

Classifieds
An ad that we decline before it goes live costs nothing. Once an ad is live, or a promotion has started, the fee is not refundable, except where we remove an ad for our own reasons, in which case we will refund the unused part of a paid period. Your first free ad has nothing to refund.
Referral rewards and store credit
Store credit is not refundable and has no cash value. If a friend's first membership payment is refunded or disputed, the referral credit it earned is removed (only from referral or comment credit, never from contributor or order credit). A writer's choice between cash and double-value store credit is locked at submission; only the site owner may correct it. Order credit (store credit we give instead of a redo for a digital order, or for any returned item) never expires and has no fees. It is worth its full dollar amount on any future product, Create order or membership payment; email asadigitalart000@gmail.com and we apply it for you by hand. It has no cash value except where the law requires, and it is not affected by the 12-month expiry that applies to referral and comment credit.
