How it works
If you pay for the $7/month newsletter membership month after month, we say thank you with free months. Every 6 paid months in a row earns 1 free month. A free month is a month we don't charge you for, applied by us, by hand, to your membership.

- Up to 2 free months in any 12 months, and you can hold up to 2 at a time.
- An unused free month expires 12 months after you earn it. It has no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or refunded.
- Only your own paid monthly payments count. Access codes, coupons and prepaid years don't count, and a refunded or disputed payment doesn't count.
- If a payment is missed or you cancel for more than about 45 days, the count starts again at 0. Free months you already earned stay until they expire.

Loyalty questions
When do I get my free month?
When you reach a milestone it appears on this page. We then apply it to an upcoming month for you; we do it by hand, so allow a few days. It never changes what PayPal charges until we do that.
Do free months stack with the yearly plan?
Prepaid years already include one free month each year, so they don't earn extra loyalty months.
What if I cancel?
Nothing is taken back for cancelling. Your count restarts if you come back later.
